Our Services
Virtual Room plans includes 1 initial virtual meeting to discuss aim of project. From there you will receive a set of plans including paint colours, advice on cabinetry, lighting, flooring and any other finishes, furniture and home accessory selection. Following the review of plans including paint, finish and furnishing recommendations, there will be 1 follow up virtual meeting and 1 set of revisions if needed. You will receive a questionnaire and space to submit drawings and photos in advance of virtual meeting.
In person room planning service includes 1 onsite initial meeting running for approximately 2 hours. This service is useful for clients looking to solve issues around layout or who prefer an in person discussion. After meeting you will receive a set of plans along with recommendations for paint, flooring, lighting, furniture and home accessories. There will be one follow up meeting in person or virtual if preferred, along with one set of revisions.
Offering a service for new housing developments, the show house package comprises of full house service to include flooring, paint, tiling, window treatments, and furnishings. The package also includes full house staging, set of 35 professional photos and a 90 second video to be used as marketing materials both for online and print.
